Contact & business details
Use the details below or send the repair request form.
Requesting a visit takes a few minutes. Tell us which Maytag appliance is giving trouble, what it is doing, and where in the Bay Area it sits. We reply with a visit window, and the technician takes it from there.
Hours
We take requests and schedule visits Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Requests sent outside those hours are read when the day starts.
What to have ready
- The appliance type. Refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, range, cooktop, wall oven or over-the-range microwave.
- The model number. It is usually on a label in the door frame, inside a wall of the cabinet, along a drawer front edge, under a washer lid, inside the dryer door opening or on the microwave door frame. A photo of the label is plenty.
- The symptom. Did it stop suddenly or slowly get worse? Is there a noise, a leak, a smell, a blinking light?
- Any code on the display. Write it down exactly as shown.
- Access details. Floor, stairs, gate or door codes, parking, and whether the appliance sits in a closet, garage or galley kitchen.
Not sure where the label is hiding? The post on finding a Maytag model number covers each appliance type.
Before you send the request
A few quick checks from the outside sometimes solve the problem outright. Confirm the appliance has power and that its breaker and any GFCI outlet have not tripped. Make sure the door or lid closes fully, the water supply valve is open and the lint screen is clean on a dryer. Write down any code and try one controlled power reset if the appliance allows it. Never open panels or touch gas fittings. If you smell gas, leave the home and call the gas utility or 911 from outside without touching any switch. If you smell burning or see sparks, turn the power off at the breaker.
Browsing the common problems index may point you to a guide that matches what you see.
What happens next
After your request, we confirm a visit window. The technician inspects the appliance and the way it is installed, explains the finding and provides a written estimate. If you approve, the repair goes ahead. If you decline, nothing is repaired and nothing changes.
Where we travel
We serve San Francisco and the nearby counties: San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa, Sonoma and Solano. See the list of service areas to find your neighborhood or town, and the services overview for the appliance types we handle.

Answers before you ask
A few common questions before service.
You submit a request with your appliance model and symptom, we confirm an appointment window, and a technician performs an on-site diagnosis. You then receive a clear estimate and decide whether to proceed before any repair begins.
Yes. We provide an upfront estimate after diagnosis. No parts are ordered or installed until you approve the work, so there are no surprise charges.
Replacement parts are selected for the exact model and confirmed with you before ordering or installation.
